Dale Meredith is chief financial officer at ITC. As CFO since 1999, Meredith manages the accounting, human resources and technical support departments.

Meredith brings more than 15 years of professional experience to ITC, including three years as accounting manager at Unitrin and eight years as controller at Bauer Audio Visual. He also served as finance committee chair at Hunters Glen Baptist Church and treasurer for the band booster club at Plano Senior High School.

In 1987 Meredith earned a bachelor’s of business administration degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.

As Senior Vice President of Carrier Operations at ITC, Justin Costa is responsible for establishing and maintaining company relationships with all insurance carriers across the nation. Costa is also responsible for ITC’s carrier rate development team. In addition, he oversees TurboAnalytics, ITC’s market basket data management system.

Costa joined ITC in 2011 as carrier relations manager, where he was an integral part of TurboRater’s national expansion. Costa has career-long experience in agency operations. He began his agent career 28 years ago in Florida and soon moved to Texas where he organically grew, bought and sold multiple agencies.
